Waterproofing & breathabilty
The Vento Powertex Jacket is a weatherproof hardshell with a high waterproof rating and fully sealed seams (water column: 10,000 mm), but more importantly the massive breathability (40,000 g/m2/24h) that you need to keep you comfortable in the saddle all day long.

Bike-specific fit
The Vento is built with a slightly longer back, with a high collar and extended cuffs to keep cold draughts out on downhill trails and a streamlined, elasticated storm hood that fits neatly under your helmet, whilst still allowing good visibility in challenging terrain and easy comfort off the bike. Additionally, there is a special ventilation opening at the upper back. The zip chest pocket keeps important items, such as your gloves or an energy bar securely close to hand. When not in use, the Vento simply stashes away into its integrated packing pocket.
