The Compass 3E offers several features that enhance navigation accuracy. It has an extended base plate with silicone feet, a liquid-filled compass housing with a sapphire jewel bearing, and a reliable high-quality steel needle. Like all of Silva’s outdoor compasses, the Compass 3E features red and black north lines in the compass housing for an easy and secure setting. The compass’s magnifying lens enables detailed map reading, while the luminous markings enable night navigation.

Double graduations and Romer scales
The Compass 3E is graduated in mils and degrees (6400/360) on the top. It features four Romer scales to help you determine your exact position on the map. The compass housing includes a declination scale for magnetic declination adjustment.
