We chose to sell our shoulder straps separately, and not together with totes and pouches, because you could just need one shoulder strap, whether you pick one or all of our pouches or totes, and it would be a waste to have (and pay for) more than one strap. You may also already have a favorite strap, or even skip it at all because you dont plan to carry your tote or pouches that way: in all these cases, an included strap would be a waste of materials and money, an unnecessary production of unnecessary goods.

To mount the strap on your sling or tote, just squeeze the gated hooks to open them and slide them in the loop / pals.
